Trouble booking or logging in on DriveTheBall ?


Recently, Shaw Cable and Accesscom has introduced a program call Shaw Secure or XpressSecure to their customers and we at DriveTheBall.com have found that it will block the browser cookies we require to book lessons and tee times. If you use Shaw Secure, XpressSecure, or F-Secure please go through steps 1 to 4 below.

If the solutions below do not work for you, please contact us.

If you do not run these program and still have trouble logging in or booking a time,
please ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser:


If you use F-Secure or Shaw Secure software you may need to follow the following steps.
1. Virus & Spy Protection
Open up the security program, then click "Change..." next to Virus & Spy Protection

2. To Custom
Select "Custom" from the drop down list and click "OK"

3. Configure Real-Time Scanning
Now click "Virus & Spy Protection" then next to "Real-time Scanning" click "Configure..."

4. Stop blocking tracking cookies
Now go down to the "Actions" and uncheck "Block tracking cookies". Then click "OK" and close the F-Secure or Shaw Secure program.
